Weather or not...

Left early to get to work this morning. It was raining pretty hard and now I'm a little concerned about my fellow drivers along the way (re: recent nudge on the highway), so I decided to give myself some extra time to make my way. No problems though. Except this idiot who was driving, like, 2 inches behind me. Hate that. Common though. I know what they're thinking though. "If I drive really close behind them, they'll go faster! Ha ha! I'm a psychology genius!" I know people think this because I've thought this. Especially the genius part. But it doesn't work, does it? Do people you're shopping with, shop faster when you push merchandise into their back? Does someone using the phone you want to use talk faster because you're shoving the receiver into their ear? No. Not really. And if they do, it's because they want to get to beating the crap out of you earlier. So it is with driving. Motto: back off or go around. And chill.

Yeah, my umbrella DID snap inside out and break in the wind this morning and now I'm pissed off... What's it to you?

Ah, psychology genius and fellow-carrier of maimed umbrellas, so what do you do when you want the car in front of you to go faster?

Flail your arms wildly so they can see you in their mirror? Send them a telepathic signal? Shoot them with the frikkin' laser beams in your headlights? I dunno. Can't we ust be happy with where and when and how fast we're going through this crazy life? Huh? Can't we all just get along? *laugh*
