I am yer save-yer…

Two problems with the world: Not organized enough and not information enough. Both problems librarians should be able to help with. But they don't really. Not as much as they should. A lot of people would say they don't help at all. So, that will be my life's work. Or maybe not. At least I'll think about the problem a little bit. Hmmmm...

Stop it! Stop right there, before you start also questioning whether you're actually going to even make a tiny dent in this plane of existence. I don't know why I ever started asking in the first place, but now I know, igorance is bliss, and knowing the questions but not knowing the answers is hardly ignorance. Uk.

Oh no, I'm egotistical enough to think I can make a difference. Even if it's a little difference. Actually, I was reading a little of Tori Amos' biography (sickeningly sweet for the most part) and she said something interesting. Simple and obvious, but action-provoking. She was apparently a "born feminist" and filled her childhood annoying everyone arguing about women's issues and how Mary Magdelene was not just a whore to be forgotten in the Bible. Then she realized that she "was not penetrating" and had to find a more subtle way of influencing the people around her and, voila! she puts it in her music. People have too many assumptions and I foolishly try to point out the fallacies in their arguments. I've got to be more subtle. Or become a hermit.
